Project description :A striking G+3residence defined by the rich character of laterite stone, this façade celebrates earthy textures and bold geometry. The design integrates a vertical jaali screen that adds depth, privacy, and a dynamic play of light and shadow. Clean horizontal slabs and glass balconies balance the rugged material palette with a modern touch.   Each level is planned to maximize natural ventilation and daylight, with open balconies softened by greenery. The terrace is designed as a functional leisure space, while the stilt floor provides efficient parking without disrupting the overall elevation. The warm tones of laterite, combined with subtle lighting accents, give the home a distinctive identity—blending traditional materiality with contemporary architectural expression
